I was obsessed, not about weight – I’d given up on the idea of being thin, but with food and wanting to be “healthy” and thinking I needed to exercise more and knowing I should eat better…

That struggle took up way too much of my creative time and energy. Now I know what to eat, how to move, and why. I know what results I’ll get – and I like those results.

Since reaching my goal weight I’ve learned a ton about myself. I’ve cleared clutter from all areas of my life and questioned pretty much everything.

One of my favorite examples is with my style, I know what it is and I can buy clothes, right off the rack, that I love and feel good in. Imagine a closet full of clothes you love, that actually fit, that you feel more like YOU in.

Losing weight is about so much more than losing weight – but the tiny pants are super fun!
