I’m writing a book on weight loss for busy people who travel for work. They’ve tried and failed at diets, they’ve messed up their metabolisms, or they are just tired of overeating all the time.

I know. Super specific.

Really though, it’s a book for anyone who wants to lose weight. I just love working with people who think that because they travel all the time for work they can’t lose weight. They believe it isn’t possible for them but, in the back of their minds they are still holding out hope.

That’s a tough place to be, right?

All the while truly, genuinely, wanting to believe that someday something might click and you’ll finally make it happen.

In the book I share my six step process for losing weight and keeping it off without having to white knuckle it, deal with constant hunger, or be too restrictive. There are stories from my current and former clients who are really doing this. They’ve lost hundreds of pounds just this summer and have not had to stop living their lives to make it happen.

It’s been pretty amazing to see the changes they’ve made that go so much further than just the size of their pants.

Currently I’m making the shift from working with individuals to working with groups and I am starting the wait list for my next group today.
