Where do you recharge? Where does your energy come from? When you need to be reenergized do you call up your friends and plan gatherings or do you silence your phones altogether?
I’m asking if you are an introvert or an extrovert. I am an extrovert, I am extroverted, I gain energy by being with, and especially interacting, with people. In fact, I have pretty much given up late night coaching sessions because I get off the phone so energized my clients lives and progress I am up until 2am! Even being an extrovert I need time alone to be with my thoughts, to cozy up with my books, and to write without distraction.
Knowing this information about myself has helped me so I wanted to start the conversation with you. I have linked you to a TED talk so that you may meet a champion introvert who is way out of her comfort zone on her mission to help educate us on what we are missing.

After you watch it let me know what felt important to you, we’ll start the conversation HERE.

Caryn, I tend toward being an introvert and you always send good videos so I clicked over to watch. Wow. WOW! I feel like someone just said it’s ok to be ME. Thanks for sharing this today!
It is not only OK to be you, Kat. It is IMPERATIVE!
Good to read you,
Caryn
PS: That goes for all of us!
