Can I have peace in my body?

It can happen people. This does NOT have to be a fight, in fact, it shouldn’t be. You’re body is on board, it’s a great communicator.

It may take some time to hear the messages clearly, but they’re there for you.

The top two practices you can put in play to get trustworthy information from you body?

  1. Stop eating flour and sugar so your body has a chance at sending you a subtle cue that you can hear.
  2. Eat more fat so you feel satisfied and get to find out what life has to offer when you’re not hungry all the time. (talk about free time, imagine!)

I know, it sounds simpler than it is – and if you’ve ever even tried to give up sugar it might sound impossible. I thought so too – until I did it. If you want help let me know, this is what I do!
