This is the fifth in a series of six posts that mirror the process of weight coaching. This session is about managing your thoughts.

Manage your mind, manage your eating. In that order.

When you can know what is really going on in your mind, and be responsible for those thoughts – then you can find your natural weight.

It is one of those really simple (sounding) things that is tough to learn and put into consistent practice. We work on it each session and then I teach you how to manage your mind yourself, so you can keep it up long after our work together is done. Think of it like a ninja-mind-trick-party-favor!

What is one thought you KNOW you need to get rid of so you can feel better?
