This is the second in a series of six posts that mirror the process of weight coaching. This session is all about getting to know your body.

I always say “If you’ve been successful at dieting you’ve been successful at cutting off communication with your body.” The other side of that coin is also true: If you have maintained more than your natural weight you have been successful at cutting off communication with your body.

That is what we do, in session two and in every session.

Open the lines of communication.

Peek behind the curtain.

Quiet the food police and find our bodies inner voice.

Listen.
