Would you believe me if I told you I am thankful to have had “the struggle” in my life?

Yep.  Super awesome.

Had I not had “the struggle” how would I have gotten to do all this amazing work on and for myself?  The figuring it out, the self care, the learning how to coach myself, the challenging myself to do crazy things in service of a goal…   The ending the food and weight struggle here and now, in the present.

I have never been interested in a ton of diets.  I never really thought they worked – and I certainly knew they wouldn’t work for me because I SUCK at restriction.  Anything that said I should just moderate what I eat was like an invitation to my rebellious self – we have things to revolt against!  Charge!

The way I do it, the way I teach and coach my clients to do it, is different than how most of the weight loss industry is doing it. I’m teaching you how to eat and think like a naturally thin person.

Like a person who doesn’t even want to overeat.

It will be a challenge, but it might just be the best thing you’ve ever done for yourself.  Then, once you’ve done this – once you’ve ended the “the struggle” you get to decide what’s next and you’ll have all the tools you need to do that hard thing too.

Nothing is wasted.

If you want to take the space in your brain that is occupied by “the struggle” and make it work for you, rather than against you, leave a comment below.   Tell me, what would make doing the work of figuring this out worth it for you?

What would make it a no brainer?
