I want you to do me a favor.

Stop using the word “Just.”

Give it up.

Cold turkey.

No more:

…Just one bite.

…I’ll just have a little bit.

…Just this once.

…It was just one.

…I’m just having a taste.

Not to mention how we use it to make ourselves smaller, “nicer,” or easier on the rest of the world:

I just think…

I was just wondering…

Just kidding…

Nope.

You’re not kidding. You don’t wonder.  You don’t kind of think – you know.

You know!

You have everything you need.

You have your own truth and we need to hear it.

There is room for you, and all of your opinions in this world.  No. Matter. What.

No matter what you-being-you may make other people feel – we need you.  We can handle it – and if we can’t, that’s not your problem anyways.

You go do you, not “just” a little bit.  Go all in.

Big love,

Caryn

PS: I work with powerhouse-people-pleasers to end overeating… If you’re ready to get to work in 2018 I am booking for January now.  Let’s connect and see if one of those spaces is for you.  Just do it.  Ha!
