In week one you defined your commitment.

Week two you built awareness.

Now, it’s time to recalibrate!

Recalibrating is all about ending the constant hunger and finally losing some weight!  Moving from burning carbohydrates as your bodies primary fuel to burning fat.

That’s how you lose weight.

You don’t do it eating 6-small meals a day or exercising!  You do it by teaching your body how to actually use the fat that’s hanging all over your body as fuel.
