That’s it – it isn’t about planning your whole life or telling yourself you’ll never eat a peanut butter cup again – it’s about planning today what you’ll do tomorrow and sticking to it.

If tomorrow you happen to see a peanut butter cup and think “I want that.”  You can say to yourself “Great, I’ll put it on my plan for tomorrow and enjoy the heck out of it then.”

It’s that simple.  Not always easy, but simple!
